Article 3 -Personal data

Vyte only retains the personal data strictly necessary for the operation and improvement of its service. Some data is subcontracted as part of the GDPR to external providers in order to improve the quality of service or to offer certain features of the Vyte service.

The collection, conservation, and secure storage policy for personal data collected by Vyte, as well as the rights guaranteed to Users or Subscribers, is defined in the Privacy Policy.

Vyte can under no circumstances be held responsible for the content presented on third-party websites.

Since Vyte does not exercise any control over the external resources to which its users can create links, Vyte assumes no responsibility for the content of such pages.

Vyte reserves the right to request that any third party remove a link to the service. Outside of these circumstances, the creation of a link to the Vyte service is allowed. Vyte allows its users to enter and insert content in order to customize appointment pages, invitations, reminders, and others. However, Vyte only acts as a host for this content and cannot be held responsible for it in any way.

Vyte does not sell user data and does not allow its users to be targeted by third-party advertisers.
